Officer (1 year Contract Customer Service Officer)
- up with customers within a stipulated agreed turnaround time. To keep record details of customer interactions and transactions, including the details of inquiries, complaints and actions taken. Work with different business units to provide customers a one-stop solution. To perform in any other duties and/or projects as needed.

Qualification/Any Specific Skills Set Required:

Minimum Diploma holder Possession of General Insurance Certificates in BCP, PGI and HI certified is required in order to handle calls from external.

At least 2 years working experience in relevant industry, preferably in a Contact Centre. Have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Effective time management and with the ability to multi-task. Proficient in English (Written and Oral)
