Purpose:


The key roles and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Manage user change requests and issues resolution in accordance to SLA
  • Initiate, control and report any system or operational deficiencies and recommend areas for improvements
  • Provide periodic reports to reporting manager on team status/project progress
  • Collaborate with database service team to ensure good system performance and implement continuous improvements
  • Ensure smooth project delivery in accordance to project KPIs:Manage a series of new implementation / enhancement projects
  • Liaison with inhouse users, other Information & Communication Technology (ICT) functions/sections (e.g., infrastructure & operations team) and external vendors
  • Monitor and track project progress/activities to ensure success implementation of project
  • Promote collaborative work environment within the team, across teams as well as the OpCo local IM teams in the region
  • Other duties as assigned

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

  • Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or IT related fields
  • At least 10 years information management experience in MNC
  • At least 5 years of project management experience
  • At least 5 years of managing inhouse support team and vendor management
  • Familiar with IT SDLC and multiple deployment experience of Oracle eBusiness Suite to MNC, or equivalent ERP systems
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficienct in English and spoken Mandarin to effectively communicate with stakeholders, such as supporting our Taiwan and China subsidiary companies.
  • Proficient in business as well as technical writing / documentation
  • Good analytical / problemsolving skills
  • People oriented and collaborative, with proven experience working with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Customer focused and have business sense
  • Decisive, planning, organisation and leadership
  • Change adaptability, flexible, able to work under pressure or tight deadlines
