Accounts Assistant - Singapore - CT SOLUTIONS (PTE. LTD.)
Description
Responsibilities:
- Support Finance team to run smoothly in performing daily accounting tasks by ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.
- Responsible for administrative activities related to finance, including but not limited to data entry, maintaining cash receipts, bank reconciliation, accounts payables, claims processing and GST monthly submission.
- Assist annual audits by attending to auditor's requests / queries.
- Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the finance department.
- Participate in systems enhancement project where necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE "O" Level.
- At least 1 year of accounting experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Meticulous and have an eye for detail.
- Experience in SAP is an added advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
