Overview:

The Financial Controller shall oversee TRT Financial & Operations department

The Financial Controller
oversees all financial aspects of the organization, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations. This executive-level role involves strategic planning, financial analysis, and leadership to drive the financial performance of the company.

Key responsibilities include:

Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies to support company goals.
Reporting and Compliance: Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations.
Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow and optimize financial resources.
Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to the finance team.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancement and innovation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Extensive experience in financial management, with a proven track record of success in executive leadership roles.
Indepth knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting requirements.
Strong understanding of corporate finance, treasury management, and risk mitigation strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, drive change, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.

As a key member of the executive team, the Financial Controller plays a critical role in shaping the financial future of the organization and driving sustainable growth and profitability.

Salary:
$15, $22,652.58 per month
