Our Jetstar Cyber Security and Information Technology team focuses on the delivery of local IT services and programs and the business delivery of the Jetstar Group IT services.
Across the network, we partner with local airports to pioneer and trial new and exciting airport technology to enhance our customer experience.
Self-service and automated technologies are increasingly used at airports and our team ensures that we are always ahead of the race.
As part of the Jetstar Asia's Information technology team, you will have the opportunity to
- Provide support for airport technology such as Selfservice kiosk, auto bag drop, Biometrics and departure control system.
- To translate airline passenger requirements and business objectives into functional and technical specifications for airport technology system
- Develop and execute comprehensive endtoend, system integration test strategy and capability for airport technology
- Perform functional testing to ensure compliance with functional requirements.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to perform end user acceptance testing.
- Analyse business processes to identify opportunities for digitalisation
- Creating solutions that accurately fulfil business requirements using Powerbi, power automate and Power Apps
To be considered for these roles you will ideally have:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- At least 23 years of Business and/or Systems Analyst and Technology Implementation Project Management experiences
- Experience in designing Power BI dashboard and Power apps is preferred
- Knowledge with airline industry technology such as Navitaire will be an added advantage
- Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently
- Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work in a multinational fastpaced environment
- Ability to travel overseas when needed
