- Manage end-user services operations and provide technical support for PC/notebooks in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Manage Windows and Mac base image builds, patch updates, and resolution of end-user issues.
- Analyse end user computing conditions to optimise computing performance and interoperability with endpoint security and collaboration software.
- Provide support for setup of large-scale video/audio conferences and virtual events.
- Manage service status, escalations, track major incidents and service issues. Coordinate updates to management and manage communications to users
- Participate in EUC projects including implementation of Office 365 Collaboration suite, Windows version upgrades, and virtual desktop environment.
- Proactively engage internal business and other stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve digital workspace and employee experience.
- Develop automation scripts to optimise endpoint performance, deployment and maintenance.
- Bachelor's degree in IT and minimum 10 years' experience in an IT end-user computing and engineering position, with 2-3 years in banking environment.
- Strong, diverse technical skills, especially in the areas related to end user computing including desktop, Microsoft Office O365, Video/voice conferencing, Telephony, MDM / Intune, SCCM, application packaging, Windows GPOs.
- Knowledge in related infrastructure domains Windows AD, SCCM, messaging HCI, network, etc.
- Knowledge of endpoint security, management of group policies and security controls. Experience in implementing and managing end-point security products (McAfee, Microsoft Security suite)
- Added advantage if possessed VB, C#, Python programming language, PowerBI and RPA.
- Added advantage if possessed professional certification in CISSP (Certified Information System Security Professional),
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical skill with proven ability to work well in a challenging technical environment, multitask whilst delivering high quality solutions
