About the Job

You will evaluate organizational performance quality through metrics like customer complaints and Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) against set targets.

• Interface with customers to ensure product quality requirements are met for their satisfaction.
• Assist in qualifying new suppliers and maintaining existing ones.
• Establish and enforce inspection criteria and quality standards for raw materials and finished goods. Address customer complaints promptly through 8D/CAR processes, collaborating on effective corrective actions.
• Analyze quality data using statistical tools.
• Collaborate with Production and other departments to ensure quality product production.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned by superiors.

Skills & Experiences Required

You will need min bachelor degree in any Engineering discipline (Preferable in Quality Engineering)

• At least 2-3 years experience in similar capacity
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications
• Knowledge in SPC, GR&R, FMEA, RCA
• Good analytical skill with ability to work effectively
• Certified internal/lead auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & TS 16949
