Customer Service Officer - Singapore - Ageless Wellness Pte Ltd
Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist callers with matters e.g. appointment scheduling and general enquiries and provide assistance whenever needed;
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure requests are followed up and resolved promptly
- Provide administrative support in all aspects of operations and patient care, including reception & registration, process flow, record keeping, answering phone calls and others;
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports;
- Clinic housekeeping;
- Establishing good rapport with patients and corporate clients and following up on their requirements;
- Maintenance of service and professional standards.
- Other adhoc tasks as requested by the superior.
Requirements:
- A minimum of at least a GCE 'N' Levels
- Preferably 1 year of relevant healthcare or clinic working experience
- Portray good interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, meticulous, and detailoriented
- Passionate for customer service
- Willing to work on a 5.5day work week
Salary:
$1, $2,800.00 per month
Education:
- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Medical receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
