Upwork's Management Services team is seeking to add a Chinese Bilingual Technical Recruiter to the team.

The
Bilingual (Chinese and English) Technical Recruiter for Managed Services Recruitment will be responsible for providing recruiting services to the Upwork Managed Services Recruitment team and the clients we serve.

Responsibilities:

Track new client requisitions through ATS; update cases as they progress.
Provide Technical Recruiting services to the Upwork Managed Services Recruitment team.
Conduct technical and behavioral interviews via video call/Google Meet
Continually develop and iterate on technical screening guidelines and procedures
Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss current projects and internal updates

Expected Deliverables:

Follow the correct interview guide provided for the role you are conducting interviews for.
Same day documentation in the ATS with 100% accuracy.
Follow processes outlined in SOP/process docs.
Meet or exceed metric expectations.

Qualifications

Technical Recruiting experience preferred
M365 technical experience required
Professionally working fluency in English and Chinese
Exhibit strong collaboration skills; enjoys receiving feedback and knowledge sharing.
Desire to continuously learn and grow; personally and professionally.
Highly adaptable and thrive in a fastpaced, highenergy environment.
Extremely communicative.
