RESPONSIBILITIES

Job purpose:

You will be assisting with the entire spectrum of IT activities, such as hardware, software, analysis, reports, etc.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Responsible for the procurement and maintenance of computer systems, such as servers, laptops, desktops, CCTV, fax copiers, phone system etc.
  • Liaise with IT vendors on procurement of IT equipment.
  • Resolve technical problems reported by all system users.
  • Manage users' system change or data update requests.
  • Manage users' expectations and ensure that they are aware of IT operating and security policies and procedures.
  • Assist in other ITrelated matters and ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Higher NiTec/Diploma in Computer Science or the equivalent from a related discipline
  • 1 year of relevant work experience. No experience with relevant qualification may be considered.
  • Ability to manage virtual Windows server is an advantage.
  • Good communication skill and must be fluent in English, both oral and written.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Problem analysis and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team or alone.
