RESPONSIBILITIES
Job purpose:
You will be assisting with the entire spectrum of IT activities, such as hardware, software, analysis, reports, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the procurement and maintenance of computer systems, such as servers, laptops, desktops, CCTV, fax copiers, phone system etc.
- Liaise with IT vendors on procurement of IT equipment.
- Resolve technical problems reported by all system users.
- Manage users' system change or data update requests.
- Manage users' expectations and ensure that they are aware of IT operating and security policies and procedures.
- Assist in other ITrelated matters and ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher NiTec/Diploma in Computer Science or the equivalent from a related discipline
- 1 year of relevant work experience. No experience with relevant qualification may be considered.
- Ability to manage virtual Windows server is an advantage.
- Good communication skill and must be fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Problem analysis and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work in a team or alone.
