Job Description

• To attend and take measurements during site meeting(s).
• To source, evaluate and negotiate the requirements of the contractual terms and conditions outlined in the contract. This includes the bill of quantities.
• Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour costs involved.
• Preparing, negotiating and analysing costs for tenders and contracts.
• Responsible for ensuring that the project is within the planned timeline & projected budget
• Liase with procurement department for any purchasing of material.
• Liase with logistics team to planning and deploy the correct machinery to the worksite.
• Submission of monthly progress claim, variation order (VO), progress report. You are also required to resolve any clarification in relation to the claims.
• Responsible for all project administrative works.
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering , Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent
• Meticulous and detail oriented
• Ability to work within tight deadlines
• Team player
