Job description
We are seeking Thai-speaking candidates for this role. The company is open to sponsoring work visas for candidates based in Thailand who are willing to relocate and work permanently in Singapore.
This is a regional Sales & Client Relations role supporting Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines for a premier luxury retail brand. The position sits between Sales Operations, Retail Partner Management, and Client Engagement, ensuring commercial performance, stock allocation, and high-touch client relationships in line with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and support the brand's sales strategy across the three markets
- Manage relationships and performance with retail partners, including monitoring sell-out and stock allocation
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis to support decision-making
- Coordinate logistics including stock inventory, delivery scheduling, and reporting
- Strengthen client engagement by managing customer database, organizing intimate VIP events, and supporting high-end customer experience
- Collaborate with Marketing on events and regional brand initiatives
Key Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Sales / Retail Operations / Client Development within luxury or premium brands(preferably watches, jewelry, or fashion)
- Strong relationship management skills with both internal stakeholders and external retail partners
- Analytical and data-driven, with strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Comfortable preparing commercial reports and presentations
- Experience managing VIP / high-net-worth clientele and supporting luxury experiential events
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance both operational and client-facing responsibilities
