- Manage the assigned projects toward successful handover to clients and subsequently to Service Team within the budgeted cost and quality standard.
- Responsible for site supervision and management of subcontractors
- Attending site meetings
- Ensure timely issuance of documentation of project includes variation orders, extension of times, test procedures, operations and maintenance manual
- Provide assistance for the preparation of shop drawings and asbuilt drawings and testing and commissioning.
- Minimum Higher Nitec in Electronic or Electrical or Mechanical, or Building Automation
- At least 2 years' of experience in site supervision and coordination with owners, main contractors, consultants and subcontractors.
- Possess 2 years of working experience in fire related industry will be an added advantage.
- A good team player
- Able to work independently and communicate at all level
- Working location: Toh Guan Rd, Singapore
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am 5:30pm

- Transport claim: $800/month (mileage or taxi claim)
