Translate technical knowledge articles / content to end user consumable knowledge article of high quality that can be published on DWP- Work on improving knowledge artefact quality levels with tech and ops teams based on quality ratings from end users
- Implementing knowledge article library that align with the organization's business objectives.
Requirements:

With 3-5 years relevant working experience as Technical Document Writer:
- Proven working experience and having good knowledge in knowledge article creation
- Able to rephrase the technical explanation to layman explanation
- Able to understand technical terminology and jargons and be able to suitably convert to business or taxonomy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English
- Proficiency for both technical and Business audiences
- Create business user friendly knowledge articles to publish on Digital Workplace Portal
- Maintain knowledge article on Knowledge Portal
- Seamless communication with Technology and Ops functions who contribute knowledge on review and approval of trusted knowledge content
