Description
1) General administrative, data entry for company account2) Work Pass Application, Renewal, Cancellation & Update foreign worker address.
4) Monthly computation of worker's timecard
5) Compilation of invoices for submission to Accountant to do the monthly P&L
6) Prepare payment cheque to Sub-Con or suppliers
7) Must be familiar with MS Office, Proficient in English and able to speak Mandarin
8)Preferably with working experience in construction field
9) HR Duties-Prepare Letter of Offer, Confirmation Letter, Petty Cash Claims & etc.
10) Preparing monthly payroll, Invoices, Prepare monthly claims, GST, CPF and related bills.
11) Manage company's insurance and BCA membership renewal.
