About the role:


One of the most exciting and desirable Fintech startups in SEA, Aspire is building a data-driven People team to be proactive in retaining our talent.

In this role, you will have the chance to create your own talent analytics infrastructure and provide key talent insights to the business.

Your role will span across the topics of manpower planning, compensation & benchmarking and retention.

This is a newly created role; you will work closely with Finance and the Leadership team to plan ahead for People-related matters, gaining exposure to various stakeholders.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Initiate new ideas and practices in talent analytics and provide insights to business
  • Improve current data processes as Aspire scales
  • Monitor our internal compensation bands and continually adjust based on evolving fintech landscape
  • Conduct compensation and benefits benchmarking for the various functions / markets
  • Support manpower planning for all departments
  • Work closely with Commercial, Operations and People Ops teams to improve our variable compensation plan design and processes
  • Work closely with FP&A on setting budgets, planning on People matters and other adhoc requests
  • Work closely with Accounting and Business Intelligence in terms of monthly reporting and data analysis
  • University graduate with 23 years of experience in any of these areas people analytics, general analytics, compensation & benefits, FP&A
  • Analytical, organized and enjoys using data to generate insights
  • Proactiveness to initiate new frameworks and processes in a startup setting
  • Ability to work with some level of ambiguity as we are still building many processes
  • Experience working on Netsuite and Tableau would be a plus
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and building spreadsheet models
