As the Assistant Vice President Regional Organisational Effectiveness, you are the strategic Learning Partner to advise and drive Learning & Organisational Development (L&OD) initiatives for MUFG APAC region.

You will act as an advocate of change and support our business stakeholders in designing and delivering effective programmes and interventions to improve performance and employee experience.

To succeed in this role you should be passionate about developing people for organisational success.

Purpose of the role:

A key contributor to the APAC Organizational Effectiveness (OE) function to drive Learning & Organisational Development (L&OD) initiatives for APAC region

Responsibilities:

Learning & Organisational Development Delivery

Own and execute the delivery of endtoend Learning & Organisational Development (L&OD) programmes, including needs analysis with internal clients, developing proposals and solutions, planning and coordination of resources to deliver programmes
Provide professional advice regarding all matters related to Learning and Organisational Development (L&OD)

Stakeholder and Vendor Management

Engage with assigned internal client groups and partner closely with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) to proactively identify opportunities to improve organizational performance and effectiveness
Partner with third party vendors to develop and deliver effective initiatives and solutions

Job Requirements:

Degree qualified, with at least 2 years of proven experience within L&OD domain.
Experience with facilitating online/inperson workshops and discussions for all levels of an organization
Selfstarter who is proactive and resourceful
Resilient, with a positive outlook and growth mindset
