Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Service Department to increase business growth, profitability, and staffing levels.
  • Oversee service calls, schedule resources, generate sales revenue, and ensure suitable margins.
  • Collaborate with Directors, General Manager, and Senior Managers of affiliated companies to achieve common objectives and explore expansion opportunities.
  • Assist in creating production paperwork for company door products as required by clients.
  • Negotiate and resolve disputes with customers, suppliers, or other parties.
  • Ensure timely processing and mailing of invoices related to serviced products.
  • Report incidents or matters that may involve the company or its insurers incurring liability or be of interest to the Directors of the Company.

Requirements:


  • Excellent knowledge of the company's products and services to meet customer requirements.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a positive, assertive attitude.
  • Location: Ubi
  • Working hours: 5 days per week, Mon-Fri, 8:30am5:30pm.
