Job Description:


Our client is a global leader in aviation industry and is looking to hire a Software Architect (SA) for their robotics and decision support system teams.


SA's duties will span requirements definition and object oriented, net-centric architecture development and software design for cloud deployable as well as on premise systems.

SA will also lead a software team to develop both in agile software development methodology.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent in relevant Engineering (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering preferred) from an accredited fouryear university
  • Experience with a variety of programming languages including C++, and Python
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms or services
  • Experience managing software development teams
  • Experience in full lifecycle system development: architecture, design, building, testing, deployment, upgrade, and support
  • Demonstrate problem solving and debugging skills
  • Has scrum master and/or scrum product owner certification
  • Familiar with AGILE software processing
  • Experience with cybersecurity and network requirement and implementation
  • Experience with Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence as applied to Computer Vision and Decision Making
  • Experience managing largescale enterprisegrade projects using Microsoft stack and cloud technologies
  • Solid oral and written communications
