Description

Responsibilities:


  • Executing the service support model
  • Ensure completion of activities delegated by Team Leader within determined parameters
  • Comply with and understand process and systems (Aon templates, GRIDs, eGlobal, Citrix, Time Recording System)
  • Goaloriented and collaborative amongst the team ensuring open communication; focus on common purpose and active personal participation.
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities to ensure service standards are exceeded.
  • Ensure reporting, due process and escalation followed in relation to E&O's
  • Improve data quality to required targeted levels / process improvement
  • Assist with the administration of new accounts and renewals including drafting slips and sending out declarations
  • Preparation of and reviewing checklists
  • Setting up Account data in Time recording system
  • Preparation of endorsements including obtaining insurer confirmations
  • Data entry and integrity

Requirements:


  • ComGI, BCP and PGI papers (preferred)
  • Detailoriented, customer focused with effective client communication skills
  • Multitasker, able to work independently and as a team
  • Good computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Able to prioritise and work under pressure
