Description
Responsibilities:
- Executing the service support model
- Ensure completion of activities delegated by Team Leader within determined parameters
- Comply with and understand process and systems (Aon templates, GRIDs, eGlobal, Citrix, Time Recording System)
- Goaloriented and collaborative amongst the team ensuring open communication; focus on common purpose and active personal participation.
- Identifying process improvement opportunities to ensure service standards are exceeded.
- Ensure reporting, due process and escalation followed in relation to E&O's
- Improve data quality to required targeted levels / process improvement
- Assist with the administration of new accounts and renewals including drafting slips and sending out declarations
- Preparation of and reviewing checklists
- Setting up Account data in Time recording system
- Preparation of endorsements including obtaining insurer confirmations
- Data entry and integrity
Requirements:
- ComGI, BCP and PGI papers (preferred)
- Detailoriented, customer focused with effective client communication skills
- Multitasker, able to work independently and as a team
- Good computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Able to prioritise and work under pressure
