Job Responsibility:


  • Managing the entire smooth process in the planning of material, production planning, inventory control with effectivenessPreparing of production schedule and prioritizes joborders
  • Participating and analyzing forecast demand fluctuations and analyze its impact to customer's order and material support
  • Reviewing of production backlog & recoveryClose coordination with inhouse production, assembly planners, buyer to clear overdue backlog or make alternative plans towards fulfilling customer's requirements
  • Ensuring plan vs actual are achieved (SAP/MII monitoring)
  • Liaising with Operations group to ensure that all quality obstacles are cleared

Job Requirement:


  • Diploma/ Degree in /Business Management/ Logistics/ Engineering or related discipline
  • Proven work experience as a Demand Planner or a similar role
  • Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures
  • Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge to build up statistical data modelling
  • Experience with EMS industry is an advantage
  • Relevant training and/or certifications as a Planner
  • Familiar and experienced in advanced software such as word, excel, & SAP or similar ones
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
