Job Description & Requirements:


  • Information system, CCTV, access control and biometri/card reader installation & support
- provide on site support according to schedule, client's satisfaction and installation standards

  • Diagnosis errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
  • Liaise with customer for projects' requirement and enquiries
  • Carry out installation/preventive/corrective maintenance service and analysing works for systems installed, investigate complaints and resolving problems by recommending the appropriate remedy
  • To troubleshoot any Computers/CCTV/network/access control technical problems and provide support to users
  • Provide user training and guidance on the systems installed
