Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategy for scaling engineering teams.
- Set and meet team goals.
- Manage the development of games and features on a monthly basis.
- Identify technology gaps in the development process, and seek ways to close them.
- Lead technical design and implementation decisions.
- Keep up to date with industry trends in the medium of video games.
- Oversee the daytoday work of other engineers.
Salary:
$60, $100,000.00 per year
