Job Summary:


As the sales associate, you will be actively discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating, and closing deals as well as maintaining customer satisfaction.

You will proactively connect with potential customers and showcase RDA's offerings through various channels. Ultimately, you will help RDA meet and surpass business goals and contribute to our growth rapidly and sustainably.


Job Requirements:


  • Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets and company targets.
  • Responding to sales enquiries timely, overcoming objections, negotiating the terms of agreement, and closing sales.
  • Working in strong collaboration with all other business functions to consistently deliver great endtoend customer experience across stages, channelsand touchpoints in the customer journey.
  • Conducting property viewings for customers individually or in a group.
  • With the objectivesof improving targeting and customer retention, updating sales activities and conversions.
  • Continuously monitorthe sales pricing sheet to know the room availability and maximise sell performance.
  • Lead generation and business development operations.
  • Sales operations, tracking, reportingand managing pipeline and sales process, preparing sales related documents including quotations, proposals, update reports and other engagements documents.

Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, with a minimum of 1 year work experience preferably in sales or account management in datacentre software, sustainability, or AI technology industry.
  • Passion for sales, winning market share, and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of datacentre industry, operations, regulations and risks is preferred.
  • Analytical problem solver, persistent and driven with demonstrated characteristics of a forward thinker and selfmotivator who thrives on new challenges.
  • Peopleoriented and demonstratesstrong engagement, interpersonal, and collaborative skills to work with people of different backgrounds.
  • Able to work independently and is adaptable in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders. Ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation both internally and externally.
  • You have experience in a multicultural working environment.
  • Handson experience with CRM software (Salesforce or similar) is a plus.
