. Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30am

. Location: Harbourfront

. Basic + OT + Flexi benefits + Completion bonus

. Yearly renewable contract

Our Client is a European MNC in the Automotive Industry

Responsibilities:

• Primarily driving MD and his family within Singapore as assigned.
• Occasionally, to drive guests, other staff or items for business-related events, meetings, airport transfers, errands etc.
• Daily pick-up of office mails at the letterbox
• Sending company vehicles to dealership for routine & ad-hoc maintenance, repairs etc.
• Assisting to arrange top-up of MD's cash card and car wash.
• Follow and comply with all traffic rules and regulations
• Ensure routine check is done on vehicle and vehicle is well maintained and clean at all times.
• Fully responsible to the cleanliness and safety of the Vehicle.
• Assisting car fleet specialist with physical submission of LTA documents for car renewal at the LTA office periodically.
• Upkeep proper records of Overtime details, business-related receipts
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Reporting to MD & supervised by his assistant

Requirements:

• Possess a minimum Singapore Class 3 driving license with clean record.
• Ability to drive BMW & MINI cars as required, especially the 7 series, X series.
• Able to work ad-hoc and long / flexi hours
• Flexibility to commit OT and to work on occasional weekends or public holidays as required.
• Mature, presentable, pleasant personality.
• Responsible & Team player.
• Possess own vehicle (any car or bike) is an advantage.
