- Handle and resolve conflicts, feedback and complains pertaining to the project (HDB)
- Plan and launch public relation programs for Home Improvement Program (HIP) such as: preparing circulars, letters and notices.
- Attend dialogue sessions with the Client, Resident Committees, Citizens' Consultative Committees, Town Councils and any party as directed by the Board or the Client.
- Attend and provide administrative assistance and logistic support in Construction Working Committee meeting, as and when directed by the SO Representative.
- Conduct regular visits to residents/tenants affected by the works to gather feedback and keep them posted of work schedule changes and impact.

- Working closely with all contractors and take proactive measures in mitigating all complaints arising from the construction activities
- Develop positive relationship and maintain good rapport with residents and different stakeholders
- Participate in project's meeting, record minutes of meetings pertaining to the assigned project.
- Maintain proper record of all PR cases, correspondences and communication materials
- All other associated co-ordination and submission works and documentations
- Perform administrative and clerical duties
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
- GCE A 'Level/Diploma holder
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Min 5 Years' Experience in HDB projects preferred
- Able to multitask, good organizational and time management skills
- A good team player and willing to be stationed at the site office.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- PC literate and knowledge in MS Office.
- Positive and good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently
