Modern European Restaurant & Bar is actively seeking out dynamic individuals to join the TEAMOpen Position**:
BARTENDER (FULL TIME)
Descriptions:
- Take Beverage orders, makes them as per Co Bar SOP
- Upkeep Bar cleanliness
- Explain beverages to guests. (Ingredients, method, techniques etc)
- Be involved in Restaurant's Signature cocktails/mocktails
- Understanding and upselling wines (Old world regions)
- Be at delegated station to welcome guests
- Ensure guests' beverage needs are taken care of
- Bi-Weekly and Monthly Inventories
- Any other tasks given by duty manager
Requirements:
- Commit weekends/eve PH to work
- Able to work 5.5 days per week (For Full timers)
- Neat appearance with desire to learn. Training provided.
