Position: Audio Signal Processing Algorithm Expert

We're on the hunt for a visionary mind who can harness the power of algorithms to revolutionize the audio landscape. As an Audio Signal Processing Algorithm Expert, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, driving the development of cutting-edge audio processing solutions that will redefine industry standards. Participate in the research of advanced intelligent speech recognition algorithms and the development of speech recognition engines for embedded systems.

What You'll Do:

• Design and implement advanced signal processing algorithms to enhance audio quality, fidelity, and immersion.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team of engineers and researchers to tackle complex challenges in audio signal processing.
• Develop novel approaches for noise reduction, audio restoration, spatial audio rendering, and more.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in audio technology and contribute to research initiatives to push the boundaries of possibility.

What You'll Bring:

• Expertise in digital signal processing (DSP) fundamentals and algorithms.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, MATLAB, or similar.
• In-depth knowledge of audio processing techniques, including filtering, equalization, compression, and convolution.
• Familiarity with development tools such as Kaldi, CMUSphinx, etc.
• Practical experience in training large-scale speech processing systems.
• Insightful understanding of speech recognition with related algorithm development experiences in deep learning, such as DNN, GMN, RNN, CNN, etc.
• Rich experiences in handling the deep learning development tools and models, such as Caffe, CNTK, Tensor Flow, etc.
• Extensive experience in signal processing, acoustic modeling, speech modeling, deep learning, etc.
• Strong ability to handle C, Python, and script codes for system modeling, simulation, and system implementation.
• Practical research and development experiences in speech recognition and synthesis.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for thinking outside the box.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a team environment.
• PhD or Master's degree holders are preferred.
