- Programme and project management: Oversee the development, administration, tracking, and reporting of IMDA's ICT manpower development programmes/projects.
- Company and stakeholder engagement: Engage industry partners (e.g., industry associations, government agencies, and training partners) to create new job placement opportunities for Singaporeans and shape ICT manpower development proposals.
- Trainee management: Partner participating companies to recruit and onboard new trainees, manage trainee issues, track trainee progress, and monitor outcomes of trainees before/during/post project implementation.
- Other duties as assigned: As part of the larger Human Capital Cluster, you may be assigned to stretched projects/tasks as part of staff development and exposure to other areas of work within IMDA.
- Background in business, tech, or HR disciplines.
- 3-5 years' working experience in industry engagement, manpower development, and programme management.
- Strong ability to write and engage with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment under minimal supervision.
- Experience in civil/public service would be an advantage.
