Provide prompt and satisfactory service to existing and prospective customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Achieve sales targets by promoting music courses and selling musical products, using effective sales techniques.

Ensure efficient and effective outlet operations by maintaining accurate and up-to-date transaction records.

Job Requirements
To be qualified for the role of Sales and Operations Executive, you should possess the following:
Minimum "O"-Level or equivalent educational qualification.

Diligence and a strong work ethic, demonstrating commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Customer service-oriented mindset, with a focus on providing a positive experience for customers.

Good communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing you to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.

Availability to work weekends and retail hours, accommodating the outlet's operating schedule.

Remuneration and Benefits
As a Sales and Operations Executive, you can expect the following benefits:
Initial monthly remuneration of $2,300 - $2,500. Monthly remuneration package may increase to $3,000 after a year of service.
