    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    • Set objectives for the HR team and track progress
    • Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment
    • Develop compensation and benefits plans
    • Suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
    • Execute recruitment processes to attract talent to the company
    • Host in-house recruitment events
    • Discuss employees' career development paths with managers
    • Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
    • Review departmental budgets
    • Ensure company complies to all MOM regulations
    • Ensure HR staff addresses employees' requests and grievances in a timely manner
    • Ensure that foreign worker affairs are managed in a timely manner
    • Develop SOPs that are fitting for the HR department

    Requirements and skills

    • Proven work experience as a HR Executive in the environmental industry
    • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (Experience with QuickHR is a plus)
    • Solid understanding of MOM Policies
    • Excellent communication abilities
    • Leadership skills
    • Ability to foster healthy employee relations
    • BSc degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology
    • Able to work efficiently with a clear use of SOPs
