- Set objectives for the HR team and track progress
- Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment
- Develop compensation and benefits plans
- Suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
- Execute recruitment processes to attract talent to the company
- Host in-house recruitment events
- Discuss employees' career development paths with managers
- Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
- Review departmental budgets
- Ensure company complies to all MOM regulations
- Ensure HR staff addresses employees' requests and grievances in a timely manner
- Ensure that foreign worker affairs are managed in a timely manner
- Develop SOPs that are fitting for the HR department
- Proven work experience as a HR Executive in the environmental industry
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (Experience with QuickHR is a plus)
- Solid understanding of MOM Policies
- Excellent communication abilities
- Leadership skills
- Ability to foster healthy employee relations
- BSc degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology
- Able to work efficiently with a clear use of SOPs
