Financial Controller - Singapore - ETERNAL ASIA (S) PTE. LTD.

Description

Responsibilities:

1. Comprehensive overlook financial accounts

1.1 Be fully responsible for the company's accounting work and handle all accounting procedures independently;

1.2 Be responsible for tax declaration and tax accounting.

2. Financial analysis

2.1 Be responsible for the financial reports of the company, analyze business operation quality, and provide decision-making support for the management of the company;

2.2 Cooperate with the business team, provide financial calculation plans, follow up project operation management, and issue project review analysis.

3. Budget

3.1 Organize and carry out budget work and complete summary and review work;

3.2 Assist to adjust the budget according to the company's indicators and complete the final budget approval;

3.3 Responsible for budget introduction and continuous improvement.

4. Performance accounting

4.1 Independently be responsible for the year-end performance accounting;

4.2 Participate in setting up performance appraisal plans, provide policy support, and be responsible for policy interpretation;

4.3 Establish performance files, summarize performance data, and provide performance analysis reports.

5. Other works designated by the management

Requirements:

1. Degree in Finance/Accounting from top universities;

2. Prefer fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English as may need to report to the management in the headquarter in China;

3. Have Accounting Professional Qualification;

4. More than 5 years of work experience as a Finance Manager in a large company;

5. Excellent communication and writing skills;

6. Highly motivated and held accountability for tasks assigned and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;

7. Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other financial planning software.
