Description

Oversee and manage the technological infrastructure (networks and computer systems) in the organisation and plan the technology roadmap to ensure optimal performance

Oversees IT infrastructure and IT security including data protection and cloud management in HQ and its group of hotels
Review and negotiate hardware/software contracts/licensing issues including such renewals; collaborate with business partners or external vendors to troubleshoot, analyse and resolve critical technical issues as when necessary
Strategize, plan, recommend and execute new digital or technology tools/projects to improve organisation processes and increase productivity
Run, manage and report progress of projects independently with good quality management of time, scope and budget. Work with all level of staff within the organisation to troubleshoot and resolve IT related issues

Job Requirement

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science
Handson experience in IT infrastructure or IT security implementation/operations, network administration preferably in the hospitality industry with 3 to 5 years of experience at management level
Project management and execution skills
Professional certification in cyber or network security related disciplines is advantageous.
Good working knowledge of network hardware; routing protocols; firewalls administration; remote access; VPN; Microsoft 365, Netsuite; Opera and customised in house hotel management system
Good communication, presentation, and written skills to effectively describe and demonstrate technical solutions to internal and external parties
