Job Role Description:

Customer Support executes processing and fulfillment tasks, and analyses customers' needs to improve customer relationships and experience. He/She implements business process improvement solutions to ensure customer support operations are effective. He/She responds to customers' requests and queries in a timely and effective manner. He/She is to carry out marketing campaigns and digital marketing activities in a customer-driven and service-oriented environment. He/She is a communicative, attentive and patient team player who can address customers' issues effectively and achieve customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


Customer Support:


  • Address customers' requests and queries
  • Provide feedback on how to improve processes
  • Administer the submission of government grants/claims
  • Ensure payments received before the commencement of courses/workshops
  • Handle, assign and ensure the quality of trainers

Marketing Support:


  • Plan, develop and execute marketing strategies to increase lead generation
  • Organise and oversee the execution of events & promotional activities, programme launches
  • Execute, maintain and optimise performance of various projects including websites, social media
  • To undertake any ad hoc duties assigned by Management

Requirements:


  • Minimum Diploma in any field
  • Meticulous and with an eye for details
  • Highly analytical, possess creative and intuitive problemsolving ability
  • Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Able to multitask and work under tight timeline
