Description

• Ensure Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies, procedures and regulations are followed.
• Responsible for the smooth function of the Workshop and ensure jobs are completed as per customer requirement and specifications
• To ensure that the given job is completed within the allocated time frame and budgeted cost and to report all deviations with analysis and corrective action.
• Oversee housekeeping and availability of workshop tools and equipment.
• Plan, organize and coordinate the manpower and materials needed for the jobs
• Ensure proper usage of workshop equipment and materials
• Ensure good housekeeping are carried out in the workshop
• Ensure orders are provided on time to a schedule and committed delivery dates
• Ensure consistent follow up on work related issues
• Review inspection and maintenance records to ensure correct information for inventory reporting.
• Report to management on work progress and any issues that arise
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by Senior Manager and Management.

• Professional Certificate/NITEC (Civil/Construction/Structural) or equivalent
• Experience in leading a team of workers
• Experience in managing store and logistics
• Detailsoriented
• Possess a good work attitude and must be meticulous organized reliable and able to handle work pressure well
