Description
Description of Duties:
- Handle all store activities such as receiving, inspecting, and issuing spare parts to mechanics
- Placing of spare parts from Suppliers into allocated location and assist in daily warehouse operations
- Attend to parts quotation inquiries and ordering of parts via forecasting for servicing and maintenance items.
- Perform basic data entry and administrative duties Requirements (advantage to have knowledge in Excel and Google Sheet)
- Minimum 1 year of automotive parts and warehousing experience
- Ability to understand parts catalogue
- Good working and positive attitude, responsible, willing to learn, and Strong team player who is also able to work independently when needed
- Able to work OT and on alternate Saturdays
- To perform Quarterly stock take
- Report to Parts Manager
Requirement:
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, as well as take on additional responsibilities as assigned
- Selfstarter, ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Fast and meticulous worker
- Eye for details
- Can do and positive attitude
- Able to start work immediately or on short notice
