Job Description

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the industrial tyres & rims market, including main players, competitors, and emerging trends
• Utilize technical expertise to effectively communicate tyre & rim specifications to clients
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, such as clients, vendors, and industry partners
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to pitch new business opportunities
• Negotiating contracts and closing deals with clients and partners
• Tracking and analyzing key performance metrics to evaluate the success of business development initiatives
• Collaborating with other departments, such as operations, purchase and shipping to deliver excellent customer service
• Managing budgets and expenses related to sales activities

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor degree or equivalent with engineering background would be preferred
• Possess at least 5 years of experience in the International Trade
• Possess robust analytical, negotiation, and project management abilities
• Proficient in computer applications such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, PowerPoint, or possess foundational drawing skills
• Proficient in both English and Chinese to communicate effectively with global partners and clients
• Strong team player and a creative problem solver
• Willing to travel abroad when required
