Job Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee the movement, operation and maintenance of AV technical equipment in venues within SEAA/DI
• Independently operate technical equipment and systems for daily operations (such as projectors, AV systems for BGM, LED walls & etc) within SEAA/DI
• Maintain and carry out specialist repairs in ONE or more disciplines of equipment and systems, and/or source and manage vendors for specialist technical works
• Prepare and manage budgets for the maintenance, repair and purchase of equipment related items
• Author and periodically review and update maintenance procedures, risk assessments and other Health & Safety documentation as required
• Provide support for regular quality maintenance work within SEAA/DI
• Provide support for front line operations in uniform within SEAA/DI when needed
• Assist on planning, coordinating and supervising vendor works and ensure they comply with RWS and authority regulations

Job Requirements

• Degree, Diploma or WSQ Equivalent in a related discipline with E&E knowledge
• Proven ability to plan, organize and complete tasks in an acceptable timeframe
• Good interpersonal skills and people management skills
• Flexible approach to working hours
• Certified work at height with MEWP license will be an advantage
• Ability to self-plan and manage multiple construction projects concurrently with tight deadlines and schedule
• Pleasant personality with good ethics and a team player
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight timelines
• Candidates with attractions operations background would be an added advantage
• Proficient in written and spoken English, knowledge of a second language is an added advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to read design drawings, architectural/technical blueprints and shop drawings would be an added advantage
