IT 服务运营领导者 – 在这个角色中，您需要确保服务交付的准确性和高效性。履行职责的方法包括监控日常和整体进展，管理项目团队和预算，并解决挑战。此外，他们还负责持续、有效和具有成本效益的交付。
您将会：
• 管理 IT 工程资源团队，以顺利交付 IT 运营，满足客户的服务水平期望。

• 执行持续服务改进，维护最新的标准操作程序。

• 管理客户要求的变更增强项目和额外部署需求。
• 带领团队进行技术设计，评估项目的工作量，制定变更实施计划，并提供支持以开发向客户收费的商业案例。
• 根据需要进行供应商管理和 IT 采购。
• 负责日常资源计划，评估和指导 IT 工程师，担任直线经理。
• 参与 IT 基础设施设计、项目管理任务、战略形成任务和各种客户的采购咨询任务。
• 领导并交付多个小型到中型的开发和增强项目。
• 执行项目估算、规划、监控和控制不同阶段的项目。
• 处理端到端服务管理、流程开发和项目评估，以符合商业案例。
• 捕捉客户的技术需求，IT 项目管理，IT 运营，基础设施管理，数据中心运营管理，供应商管理，IT 采购。
您需要具备：
• 信息技术/信息系统/计算机科学学士学位或相关工作经验。
• 至少 8-10 年的 IT 运营管理经验，至少 2 年在公共部门环境中的经验。
• 在数据中心运营、有线/无线网络、防火墙和服务器领域管理变更部署和日常运营的丰富经验。
• 在新加坡公共部门整体政府环境中工作的经验。
• 优先考虑 ITIL 基础认证。
• 在 Azure 和 AWS 云实施方面的经验将具有优势。
• 有效的人际交往能力，包括英语书面表达和良好的演示技巧。
• 良好的人员管理、分析和解决问题的能力。
• 积极的态度，快速学习，充满活力，能够在快节奏的环境中表现出色。
• 能够独立工作，也能在团队中协作。
