OVERALL INCHARGE OF OPERATIONS

  • Team leader for Service coordination, Purchase and logistics. Ensuring complete cycle from query to completion is done as per company requirement and efficiently.
  • Single point of contact for the clients for conveying their requirements and technical information.
  • Understanding requirement of client and accordingly guide service team and purchase team to revert with quotes.
  • Preparing quotes as and when required and sending to client.
  • Updating client on progress of jobs and any deviation in job order.
  • Negotiate client for any additional job done and variation in order.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction after every job.
  • Responsible for negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers.
  • Managing and coordinating teams of engineers, technicians, and other staff involved in the process and continuously monitoring status of ongoing jobs for proper execution.
  • Making service reports ( if any required ) other then provided onboard by service engineers and send to client.
  • Contact various makers for authorisation of their products and services.
  • Ensuring customers are always provided with any documents required.
  • Overall incharge for customer satisfaction.
