    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    • Set up and execute must-win programs that enable the NTS Singapore strategic ambitions.
    • Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements.
    • Lead the project team and managing interdepartmental coordination to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Monitor project progress and performance, and adjusting as needed to ensure successful completion.
    • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues
    • Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the project's success
    • Manage project documentation and reporting requirements.
    • Other duties as assigned to support projects deliverables.

      Education:
    • Minimum a Degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent

    Requirements

    • Minimum 5 years of semiconductor, manufacturing experience industry handling NPI projects
    • Minimum 2 years of relevant Program Management experience
    • Effective oral and written communication skills as the role will need to work closely with both global and local stakeholders.
    • Strong project management analytical and negotiation skills
    • Experience with Program Management, Project Management, Production Control and Forecasting, Cost and Inventory Management.
    • Positive, energetic attitude and initiative, strong work ethic
      Ability to work in a team environment, and leverage additional resources as needed.
