- Collaborate with business units to embed Sustainability strategy, programmes and impact, in alignment with Group Sustainability objectives and policies.
- Build partnerships and collaborate with industry specialists.
- Conduct regular benchmarking and monitor evolving trends on sustainability issues in the market, including their impact on the Bank's portfolio.
- Track, monitor, facilitate progress and report on bank's sustainability targets and deliverables in Singapore.
- Maintain documentation and sustainability-related data for Group Reporting.
- Develop operational roadmaps and advise on sustainability-related programmes and initiatives in Singapore.
- Collaborate and provide guidance to Business Units, Risk and other related units for Sustainability-related Product Development in Singapore.
- Support the development and delivery of sustainability-related communications (including resources, key training, etc.) to increase education, awareness, and engagement of Sustainability initiatives
- Degree and above
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in sustainability-related field, preferably in the Finance sector
- Good knowledge of sustainability issues, international standards and best practices
- Experience in stakeholder and project management, especially with Head Office counterparts and cross-functional teams
- Effective communication and writing skills
- Able to work independently, multi-task, and manage deadlines
