    RESPONSIBILITIES

    The ideal candidate will be:

    • Responsible for demand planning and ordering to ensure optimal inventory level in our distribution centres and warehouses.
    • Required to work together as a team of inventory planners to achieve Service Level and Costing KPI and solving operational issues.
    • Required to liaise with buyers, suppliers, warehouses and various other stakeholders, including coordinating the delivery with suppliers and distribution centres .
    • Handling all matters relating to inventory - such as clearance of short shelf life and aging stocks, rectify stocks issues, process allocation to stores, compile inventory-related reports as well as advise on any inventory-related enquiries (out of stock queries, offer stock, etc.).
    • Managing the stock allocation to all our stores format.
    • Involved in projects and contribute to the organization with continual process improvements.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain or related disciplines
    • Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in Inventory Planning and Ordering
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Other Ms Office Applications
    • Knowledge of SAP systems will be an added advantage
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Team player and ability to collaborative and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders etc.
    • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
