Description

We are a frozen food and poultry distribution company and is looking to hire operations officers for our Operation department.

Our operations include frozen food department/ chilled poultry department and roasted food products department


Job Description:


  • Receive and process customer orders using ERP system
  • Check stocks/ stock take before goods are being loaded into the delivery van
  • Issue invoice upon check and confirmation
  • Maintain customers' profiles (address, company details etc.)
  • Maintain customers' price list
  • Manage customers complaints/feedbacks and reflect to management wherever necessary
  • Other adhoc duties delegated by supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • Must be a good team player and is able to work well with colleagues
  • Able to communicate in mandarin
  • Positive learning attitude
