Financial Services Advisory, Organisational Transformation Manager

This in turn presents a strategic opportunity for the HR function to enable a profound transformation, converting the full potential of an organisation's people into financial performance and market value.

The role involves:

End to end responsibility for solution & delivery of organisational transformation related projects
Designing future operating models in line with client's growth plans & objectives
Management of solutions for clients based on experience, best practice methodologies, local & global resources and research
Collaborating across service lines and functions to deliver world class solution implementation & project management
Developing implementation plans and managing project team to execute project deliverables to schedule, budget, practice KPIs and client expectations
Managing risk throughout projects, ensuring compliance to all internal and regulatory requirements
Leading client relationships throughout project lifecycle and ensuring winwin management of client expectations
Building lasting relationships with clients at all levels by understanding delivering excellent and identifying onsell support opportunities
Possess a minimum of 6 years in Organization Transformation (experience in relevant areas like Change Management, HR Optimization/HR Transformation, Workforce Optimization & HR Analytics, Talent Management will be highly advantageous)
Possess a good working knowledge of the financial services industry with experience either working in a consulting firm or banking industry
Have proven capabilities in managing large scale projects and delivering quality solutions. Prior experience in a consulting/professional services environment is highly preferred.
Have indepth knowledge of organisational design and development experience
Possess experience and interest in one or more HR domain areas manpower planning, recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, talent management, learning & development, performance management, shared services, HR technology etc.
Possess deep analytical skills and strong client service orientation and able to multitask, adaptable and work with people of all levels
