Financial Services Advisory, Organisational Transformation Manager

The role involves:

  • End to end responsibility for solution & delivery of organisational transformation related projects
  • Designing future operating models in line with client's growth plans & objectives
  • Management of solutions for clients based on experience, best practice methodologies, local & global resources and research
  • Collaborating across service lines and functions to deliver world class solution implementation & project management
  • Developing implementation plans and managing project team to execute project deliverables to schedule, budget, practice KPIs and client expectations
  • Managing risk throughout projects, ensuring compliance to all internal and regulatory requirements
  • Leading client relationships throughout project lifecycle and ensuring winwin management of client expectations
  • Building lasting relationships with clients at all levels by understanding delivering excellent and identifying onsell support opportunities
  • Possess a minimum of 6 years in Organization Transformation (experience in relevant areas like Change Management, HR Optimization/HR Transformation, Workforce Optimization & HR Analytics, Talent Management will be highly advantageous)
  • Possess a good working knowledge of the financial services industry with experience either working in a consulting firm or banking industry
  • Have proven capabilities in managing large scale projects and delivering quality solutions. Prior experience in a consulting/professional services environment is highly preferred.
  • Have indepth knowledge of organisational design and development experience
  • Possess experience and interest in one or more HR domain areas manpower planning, recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, talent management, learning & development, performance management, shared services, HR technology etc.
  • Possess deep analytical skills and strong client service orientation and able to multitask, adaptable and work with people of all levels
