For more information, please visit ResponsibilitiesHandle queries and attend to invoice processingFollow up on disputes and collectionReview billing requests and cancellationsEngage AR team and functional units to manage Order-to-Cash (OTC) workflowConduct check on billing, revenue and receiptsManage AR escalation and resolve conflictsPerform closing activities and reconcile intercompany balancesAssist, bridge and support the Billing and AR team in improving the process in Finance SAP S4 HANAParticipate in system testing, training and enhancementsRun GIRO deductions within the stipulated timeline and follow-up action on unsuccessful deductionTimely clearance of payment receiptsSend SOA to customers on a regular basisKey RequirementsDegree in Accounting or relevant field of study2+ years of billing/collection experienceProficient in MS OfficeKnowledge of SAP S4 Hana systems would be an added advantage
