5 Days Work Week/ 9am – 5.30pm

Salary: Up to $4,000 (depending on experience)

As an Accounts Executive, your primary responsibility will be to manage the full set of accounts for the organization. This includes overseeing various financial activities to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Handle the complete set of accounts, including but not limited to accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and generate financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Present financial data to management for decision-making purposes.
• Conduct month-end and year-end closing procedures efficiently.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, policies, and regulations.
• Collaborate with external auditors during audits.
• Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor actual performance against budgeted figures.
• Prepare and file necessary tax returns in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role, handling full sets of accounts.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, Sun System.
