We are a team of healthcare professionals who oversee Doctor Anywhere 's medical operations including clinics, telemedicine and mobile services.

About the role

Upkeep strict adherence to the health and safety regulations of SG laws
Manage and track pantry budgets and stationery purchases
Sourcing and comparison of quotes for goods and services when required by business needs
Administrative matters inclusive but not limited to contract management, invoicing and payments to vendors, upkeep of databases related to the scope of work designated to this role
Act as the coordinator and liaising party for any matters involving building management
Provide assistance to ensure day to day smooth running of the office infrastructure through administrative support and maintenance tasks
Manage third party vendors including our office cleaner and ensure office cleanliness and tidiness
Oversee all physical inventory and facility within the office, arranging for repairs and maintenance where necessary
Ad hoc duties as and when required

About you

Minimum diploma holder with at least 2 years of experience in customer service, facilities management, team assistant or any other related field
Understanding of frontline operations and office management
Excellent communication and coordination skills, both written and oral in English. Being able to speak another language is a plus
Able to work on the occasional weekends when needed. Off in lieu will be given accordingly.
Strong service mindset with a passion for helping people
Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail
A startup attitude you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges.
Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things we're not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun
Traveling around SG may be required from time to time
