    Roles & Responsibilities
    • Position : Admin Assistant -x3
    • Location : Tuas - daily company transport to/from Boon Lay and Jurong East MRT
    • Working hours : Monday - Friday 9.00am to 6:00pm
    • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3200 + AWS + 14 Days Annual Leave + Variable Bonus + Mobile allowance
    • Duration : Permanent
    • Industry :Concrete Precast

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Work as part of admin team to ensure customers the best possible experience on all fronts of the company.
    • Check all POs and DOs from internal and external parties to ensure items, quantity, and amount are correct.
    • Data entry of information
    • Filing, checking and verify documents.
    • Office admin including handling phone calls.
    • Additional administrative duties when assigned.

    Requirements:

    • Proficient in software applications, particularly Microsoft Office
    • Good communication skills.
    • 1-2 years relevant experience preferred.
    • well-organized, meticulous and able to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
