What are our wishes?:


  • Min 3 years of work experience in an IT Service Support role
  • Selfmotivated, excellent communication skills, and ability to work under minimum supervision.
  • A good team player and collaborator
  • Graduate of Information Technology Related Courses, Nitec/Higher Nitec or Diploma in any
IT-related discipline, ITIL foundation certification preferred.

  • Demonstrated understanding and related experience with major operating systems, Microsoft
Office 365, MS Teams, anti-virus, wireless, etc.

  • System support experience using vendor software such as ServiceNow or Remedy is a plus.
  • Demonstrated customer service orientation.
  • Strong IT technical skills with excellent desktop/laptop and Audio Video device supports knowledge.

How can you contribute to the team?
The IT Onsite Support Engineer is to provide strong IT support to all entities in Singapore.

Experience in supporting VIPs / senior management/end users remotely. And have the ability to identify, prioritize and escalate problems.


This includes but is not limited to the following:

  • Excellent break/fix support and service request fulfillment.
  • Execute IT projects and initiatives as directed by IT management.
  • Drive compliance on local IT processes in accordance with corporate standards.
  • Drive transformation and efficiency improvement initiatives for ITrelated scope.
  • Collaborate with the Digital team members to identify, develop and implement digital initiatives to optimize IT operations.
  • Active participation and contribution to the digital transformation journey

Expected contributions of the position:


  • Provide Onsite IT support including desktoprelated technical assistance to Singapore users and remote support to other inscope countries as required.
  • Responsible for hardware setup/purchasing, software installation/purchasing, and participating in New Hire Induction Program and User training.
  • Deploy and enforce corporate IT policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Coordinate, escalate, and work with various IT support teams and stakeholders to deliver issue resolution.
  • Active contributions to costeffective and innovative IT solutions to address process bottlenecks or to enhance the enduser experience.
  • Be independent & proactive, able to perform under time constraints, and have good judgment under pressure.
  • Create and maintain operational documentation.
  • Participate in test events, power shut down, monthly maintenance and technical rehearsals.

Salary:
$2, $3,400.00 per month
